Curvy Charcuterie Board

Just like my other Charcuterie board, but curvier.
You can't sell cutting boards these days without marketing a Charcuterie board as well. Spoiler alert: ALL cutting boards are charcuterie compatible, and I've heard charcuterie boards won't actually repel knives.  That said, I build these boards a bit fancier so you can charcute them up without shame. I use Maple, Cherry and Black Walnut in whatever combination is turning out the prettiest that day, so individual boards can and do vary a great deal. 
I get a lot of questions about the hole, and have many answers: Handle, place for a stemless wine glass,  holder for a ramikin (olives, tapinade, sauces), visual interest. Each answer is true, so pick the one that suits you best.
These boards measure approximately 9.5" x 15" x 3/4"
